DESIGN OF THE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
Within the framework of the Inter-American Development Bank project - “Adaptation to the impacts of Climate Change on the coastal marine ecosystem of Peru and its fisheries”.
We have developed the Strategy to develop a Knowledge Management System on Climate Change Impacts in the fishing sector for the General Directorate of Environmental Affairs (DGAAMPA) of the Ministry of Production.

Specialized service for the design of Early Warning Systems
(SAT)
A team of 7 consultants developed the project for the design of Early Warning Systems (SAT) for coastal marine areas through a participatory process for the pilot areas of the Inter-American Development Bank project - "Adaptation to the impacts of Climate Change in the coastal marine ecosystem of Peru and its fisheries”.
This consultancy was carried out for the General Directorate of Environmental Affairs (DGAAMPA) of the Ministry of Production.

Identification of Peruvian companies producing paiche to export to Finland.
Preparation of a market study to guide the Finnish company Polarfish LTD in its project to open the paiche market in Finland.

Mining in Peru
This consultancy was carried out for the Finnish innovation agency (Business Finland).
The objective was to elaborate a study that allows to know the political, socio-environmental and economic context of this sector in Peru.
